Haruthai Pinitmontri is a 12 year old girl living in a small village up north of Thailand called Khon Kaen. She has recently passed a screening exam and is one of only 300 students to be accepted to begin her secondary education at a prestigious school in her village, Srikranuan Wittayakom school.

Haruthai was adopted by a family when she was a baby and are raised by farmers in Khon Kaen. Although the school fees are partially subsidized by the government, they are still required to cover expenses for tuition fees as well as to buy essentials such as school uniforms, stationaries and text books as shown below:

The family taking care of Haruthai are farmers with limited/seasonal income. The funds raised for them will be of immense help for them as it will give a bright young girl a good education in hopes of her being able to build a future for her and her family.
