The "Building Hope" campaign
 is not just a name paper, nor is it a    launched by anyone.
It is a new, dignified life for families who lived in camps in northern Syria and wanted to return to their homes, carrying with them a lot of nostalgia and old photos, as well as the keys to the homes that accompanied them for fourteen years
during the period of displacement and exodus.

From under the rubble... life is born.
And from among the collapsed walls... the voice of hope emerges once again.
In Syria, the war was not only fire and destruction; it left behind thousands of families homeless, hundreds of children without schools, and mosques that were beacons of light have become piles of rubble.  Therefore, we launched our "Building Hope" campaign to rebuild newly liberated areas that were previously homeless. Campaign objectives:
- Nearly completely restore approximately 70 homes and return their residents to their homes after they had been living in camps.
Targets of this campaign: Camp residents from the southern Idlib countryside.
Project implementation period: 7 months.
Divided into two phases:
1. Announcement and evaluation phase: 3 months.
2. Implementation phase: 4 months.

#Phase One: Announcement and evaluation
1. Number of homes: 70. After the evaluation, it was determined that each home requires an amount of $3,200.
70 x 3,200 = 224,000.
2. One civil engineer
575 x 3 = 1,725.
3. Monitoring and evaluation staff to assess the homes on the ground.
Then, 4 daily workers will be inspected.
4 x 13 = $13 per day.  $52 per day
52 x 25 days = $1,300 per month
1,300 x 3 months (first phase) = $3,900
4. Logistics and office supplies for three months: $3,600
5. Transport vehicle:
770 x 3 = $2,310
6. Administrative expenses: $3,300
