Moussaoui Abdel Karim, a father of two children, lives with his 9-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter in a small rented room where he cooks, sleeps, bathing and does everything. You can imagine to what extent the difficulty and harshness of his situation, that he and his family suffer from. Before his injury and illness, this poor father worked from hand to mouth to support his family, as all that he gets from a daily wage would at most spend for home expenses, however, it is often not enough, and with that he struggles and does a lot of effort to support the education of his son and daughter.

Moussaoui has been struggling with a para-umbilical hernia and needs to undergo surgery asap

He is not even able to buy and provide food for his family, and that is because he was injured at the level of the genitals following the incident after falling from the third floor in a house where he was repairing satellite device. Since the last 10 years, Moussaoui has been struggling with a para-umbilical hernia. He underwent several operations for it during those years but neither operation was successful. As a result, doctors advised him to travel to Spain and conduct the operation there, where there are high potentials and great opportunities for the operation to succeed.

Recently, he has been experiencing sharp constant pain in his lower back that has affected his mobility.

In order to find relief, he needs to undergo a mesh hernioplasty- a surgical procedure to repair the hernia. The accident has left Moussaoui severely disabled and it will take an estimated much budget of $5500 including visa, flight ticket and all related expenses to undergo the surgery and recover Inchaealah. اب شاب عاجز عن العمل ويعاني من تمزق في العروق على مستوى الجهاز التناسلي ويعيش مع طفليه في غرفة صغيرة

 موسوي عبد الكريم ، أب لطفلين ، يعيش مع ابنه البالغ من العمر 9 سنوات وابنته التي تبلغ 4 سنوات في غرفة مأجرة دات مساحة ضيقة حيث يقوم بالطهي والنوم والامور المتعلقة بالاستحمام وغيره. يمكنك ان  تتخيل صعوبة الامر وقساوته

قبل اصابته ومرضه كان هذا الأب المسكين يعمل من اليد إلى الفم لإعالة أسرته حيث ان كل ما يحصل عليه من اجر يومي يصرف في في البيت وعلى الاطفال وفي غالب الاحيان لا يكفيه ومع دلك كان يبدل جهده ويجتهد من اجل دعم دراسة وتعليم ابته وابنته

لسوء الحظ ، لم يعد موسوي الآن قادرًا على العمل ولا حتى شراء الاكل لاسرته ودلك بسبب تعرضه للاصابة على مستوى الاعضاء التناسلية حيث قطعت بعض العروق اثر سقوطه من الطابق الثالث في منزل كان يصلح فيه جهاز الساتلايت

أجرى عبدالكريم  10 عمليات من اجل علاج ودعم العروق التي اصيبت بالتمزق حتى يتمكن من المشي بشكل طبيعي مرة أخرى. غير ان كل تلك العمليات الجراحية لم تفلح. ونتيجة لذلك نصحه الاطباء  بالسفر إلى إسبانيا واجراء العملية هناك حيث توجد إمكانات عالية وفرص كبرى لنجاح العملية
