Subject: Food Aid for Ramadhan – 2021 in Uganda

In Uganda, most of the families lie below poverty line totaling to 85% and they depend on subsistence agriculture. In Uganda we have many people that need helps during EID AL-ADHA and they need to get good meals such as meat, rice and etc. That is why we are begging you to help like cows, goats, sheep's, camera and etc. We are targeting for 30 cows ($270 each), 20 goats ($50 each), 10 sheep ($55 each) and 2 cameras ($620 each). The harvesting activity cannot sustain Uganda people throughout the year and we have to wait for the next harvesting season. With the challenge of Covid-19 pandemic, poor people have been greatly affected.

Project Summary:

Introduction:

The AHD Islamic Foundation is a non-profit registered Community Based Organization in Uganda works for the uplift of the community through community participation. The organization was founded in the year 2017. Its activities include:

• Ramadhan 
• Qurban
• Education / sponsorships of orphans
• Livelihood 
• Emergency Response 
• Provision of safe water 

And these things are going to be served in Districts like Sironko, Bulambuli and Bukedea.
