انا اتواصل معكم من غزة فلسطين. زوجتي مريضة في مرض كرون (Crohn's disease ) وأيضاً ابني مريض نفس المرض وهو الأمر الذى فاق إمكانيات الأسرة التى تداينت بسبب علاج الابن والأم والحالة المادية المتدنية. و نعاني من قل الحيلة وارجوا منكم المساعدة لاخد جرعاتهم والعلاجات. أناشد اهل الخير مثلكم تساعدوني و لدي تقارير طبية لزوجتي و ابني. انا المتكفل الوحيد لمصاريف علاج زوجتي وابني ومصاريف العائلة وانا اعمل سائق باجر بسيط جدا لا يكفيني ماكل ومشرب وانا مطلوب مني حوالي 1200 دولار لشفاءها هي فقط ولكي اوفر مصاريف العلاج.

[ التقارير الطبية بحالة المريض في الأسفل ]

I am raising funds for my wife and my son for another Ensany campaign during this difficult time. My wife suffers from Crohn's disease. My son suffers from the same disease as well. I am the only sponsor for the expenses of their treatments and the family expenses, I work as a driver with a very simple wage.

I have exhausted all my options with their treatment. I do not have enough to secure my children’s daily meal, and I am required of around 1200$ for her recovery only and another 1200$ for my son. They desperately needs the medical treatments to save their life and give her them best chance of survival. We have to fund all the expenses for them to have access to this treatments. This is going to be costly but how can we put a price on their life? The ups and downs of the disease are their everyday struggles.  

We are asking for support to offset cost of treatment, medicine. Therefore, I’m sincerely asking assistance to help with the cost for treatment. Any donation is very much needed and appreciated.
