"Supporting Students: The Light of Knowledge in the Old City" 📚💡

Project Overview:

The "Supporting Students: The Light of Knowledge in the Old City" project seeks to provide comprehensive and free educational support to students from vulnerable groups in the old city of Casablanca. At the Al-Mubdioun Association for Culture and Development, we believe that education is the cornerstone of progress and that it is a right for every child, regardless of their social or economic circumstances. This project targets 60 students, including 40 primary school students and 20 middle school students, with the aim of improving their academic performance, enhancing their chances of success, and empowering them to build a bright future.

Project Objectives:

Improving academic achievement: Helping students overcome academic difficulties and raise their educational level.

Boosting self-confidence: Building students' capacities and personalities to become more confident in their abilities and capabilities.

Reducing school dropout: Providing a stimulating learning environment that reduces the likelihood of students dropping out of school.

Providing equal opportunities: Empowering students from vulnerable groups to receive high-quality educational support.

Inspiring future generations: Instilling a love of learning and the ambition to become leaders of change in their communities.

Target beneficiaries:

Primary level: 40 students.

Middle level: 20 students.

Total: 60 students from vulnerable groups in the old city of Casablanca.

Main project activities:

Support and reinforcement classes:

Organizing regular support classes in core subjects (such as Arabic, French, and mathematics).

Providing qualified teachers and experienced volunteers.

Educational and interactive workshops:

Organizing workshops on effective learning skills, time management, and study techniques.

Workshops to promote critical and creative thinking.

Providing school supplies and equipment:

Providing school bags, books, notebooks, and stationery to the most needy students.

Parallel recreational and educational activities:

Organizing visits to libraries, cultural centers, or educational recreational trips to foster a passion for learning.

Organizing artistic and cultural activities to develop students' talents.

Individual follow-up and psychological support:

Providing counseling and psychological support to students to help them overcome personal challenges that may affect their studies.

Continuous communication with parents to monitor students' progress.
