At Ensany Global, we value the trust and support of our community. We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore we maintain a lenient and transparent refund and cancellation policy.

 

1. General Principles

1.1. All users, donors, or clients are entitled to request a refund or cancellation, provided that the request is made within a reasonable period of time after the original transaction.
1.2. Ensany Global is committed to processing such requests fairly, promptly, and with due respect to both the requester and the operational requirements of the platform.

2. Refund Scope

2.1. Refunds will be provided upon request, subject only to deduction of:
   •   Payment gateway processing fees (as charged by the financial service provider, which are non-refundable to Ensany Global).
   •   Infrastructure and administrative charges (minimal charges incurred for platform operation, hosting, and transaction handling).

2.2. No additional penalties, service charges, or hidden deductions will be applied.

3. Cancellation

3.1. Cancellations of transactions, subscriptions, or commitments may be requested at any time.
3.2. If payment has already been processed, the cancellation will follow the refund procedure outlined in Section 2.
3.3. If payment has not yet been processed, no charges will be incurred.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refund requests must be submitted through the official Ensany Global support channel (e.g. [email protected]).
4.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
4.3. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institutions, but Ensany Global will issue internal approval within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

5.1. Refunds may not apply in cases where:
   •   The transaction has been explicitly marked as non-refundable (e.g. donations that have already been disbursed to beneficiaries).
   •   Regulatory or compliance obligations prevent reversal.

6. Policy Updates

Ensany Global reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy in line with changes to legal, financial, or operational requirements. Any updates will be published on ensany.com with clear effective dates.
