Dina’s story touches the heart

My name is Dina Hani Jamil, and I am 23 years old, from Gaza Palestine. I have graduated from Al Azhar university with a bachelor’s degree from college of economic and administrative sciences Like most loyal girls, my father and mother were and still my first love. I adored everything about them, even how they smelled (like pine trees and lemons). The sound of their voice on the phone still makes my heart skip a beat. Some of my happiest childhood memories involved listening to their stories about me and how they were happy when I came to life.

Love and compassion come with responsibility

Now that I hold a bachelor and have become young enough to take care of my own self, one who loves their father and mother as much as I do, needs to be more aware of the critical role and effort dad and mom play in their life and do what it takes to support them and show them that it was worthy to have me in their life. However, things not always come as we like. The reality of the besieged Gaza, the lack of living, the high rate of unemployment, my father financial problem and poor home conditions stand as an obstacle in my way to do achieve my dream and fulfill my commitments toward my parents.

I put some effort but no positive result  

Just like any dedicated and determined young hopeful girl, I tried my best not to give up but to find a way out regardless of the situation. Now I have managed successfully to offer my skills and knowledge for high school children through with a low cost that barely covers my basic need of food. the reason is because I teach only a few number, if I had the ability to rent a class or educational center I would have the possibility to teach more students in a suitable condition and earn enough money to look out for my parent and siblings.

My family suffer financial situation

There is no income for us, we live on the cabins and with very basic financial aids from my tuition classes to few numbers of students, my father is unemployed, and I am the only one who helps them. Beside that, we have many debts to pay off, therefor I want to start a project (Educational center) to teach students and pay off what we have of debts and support my family. Hence, I need to raise fund of RM8,938 to rent the educational center for that purpose.

The requirements for the opening of educational center:

1-Renting a suitable place divided into rooms for each room that suits the scientific material in which it will be applied, where renting the place for a period of 3 months      Cost: $800. 2- Furniture (20 mix chairs in the table, private office, secretary office, 3 blackboards, 1 fridge, 1 phone, curtains according to the number of the center rooms, 1 sofa set, 1 leather chair, 1 secretary chair, 1 photocopier, an internal wall sign for the center 1, External ground stand sign for Center 1      Cost $2000. 3- Advertising for the center      Cost $100. 4- Stationary (dozen A4 paper, dozen of pencils, dozen of pens, ink for a printer, dozen of patience pens, patient eraser 3)      Cost $50. 5- 1 pc      Cost $500. 6- Licenses and procedures      Cost $300. 7- Mineral water refrigerator 1      Cost $50.

Total cost ($3800) + 10% Ensany services cost ($4200)
