1. Role of the Platform
The platform provides technology services only and does not act as the beneficiary charity.
The Platform operates solely as a technology service provider that enables donors to connect with verified charitable organizations. The Platform does not solicit donations on its own behalf and does not claim ownership of any funds collected.
2. No Custody of Funds
The Platform does not hold, own, or control donor funds at any time.
All donations are processed securely via third-party licensed payment service providers. Funds are transferred directly to the designated beneficiary organization or to an authorized merchant account in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
3. Relationship with Beneficiary Organizations
The Platform may list, support, or promote charitable organizations. However:
• The Platform is not a charity.
• The Platform is not a nonprofit organization unless explicitly stated.
• The Platform does not guarantee the performance or outcomes of any listed charity.
• Each beneficiary organization is solely responsible for the use of funds received.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Framework
The Platform operates in compliance with:
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
• Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws
• Applicable data protection regulations
Payment processing is conducted by regulated financial institutions in accordance with local and international financial laws.
5. Transparency and Fees
Where applicable, the Platform may receive:
• A technology service fee
• Administrative or processing fees
• Transaction fees charged by payment providers
Any applicable fees will be transparently disclosed prior to completing a transaction.
6. Donor Responsibility
By making a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees that:
• The Platform acts only as a technical intermediary.
• The Platform bears no responsibility for how beneficiary organizations use the funds.
• Any disputes regarding fund usage must be directed to the beneficiary organization.
7. No Financial or Legal Advice
The Platform does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Donors should consult their own advisors regarding tax deductibility or regulatory implications.
