Ramadan is coming, bringing mercy and generosity to the Islamic ummah. It is the event when charitable projects call ‘’ O goodness seeker, come’’. The holiest month of the year is upon the glorious city of Al-Quds; the best of the homelands and the land of the saint prophets. Her loved ones spend their money to support different charity projects that hold mercy to Al-Quds people. For that reason and based on a significant experience, we present to you the seventh edition of the

''Ramadan Mercy'' Campaign in Al-Quds city

Project Description:

Ramadan returns to Al-Quds, holding happiness and blessings, but, unfortunately, the people there still suffer from a lack of comfort and difficult living conditions. Their need is persistent, poor people are struggling due to the continuous restrictions from occupation. Therefore, the nation must support Al-Quds people by providing donations to charitable Ramadan projects such as Iftar meals to the people persistently present in Al-Aqsa Mosque, supporting trips to Al-Aqsa Mosque to encourage them, supporting their families by giving them food baskets, and providing Eid gifts and Eid clothes to their children. Consequently, we all participate in the reward of reviving Ramadan in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Project components:

1. Providing Iftar meals for the fasting people

2. Providing Eid clothing for orphans and children of poor families

3. Providing Zakat Al-Fitr to those eligible

4. Restoring the houses of Al-Quds people to encourage their residing near to Al-Aqsa Mosque

5. Providing Ramadan baskets for needy families

6. Providing Eid gifts for the families of Al-Quds and their children

7. Providing Water: distributing water bottles to worshipers and fasting people in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque

8. Supporting debtors

The target group of the project:

In its seventh edition, the Ramadan Mercy project is distinguished by its provision of aid to all groups of the community of Al-Quds. The project aims to assist the people present at the Al-Aqsa squares and courtyards, the people present around the walls and gates of the city, the homes of the needy families, the centers that provide Iftar meals and local restaurants located in the alleys. Permanent beneficiaries are:

1. Worshipers, secluded worshipers, and workers at Al Aqsa Mosque

2. Visitors

3. Families in need and groups affected by the arbitrary laws

4. Families of orphans, widows, and the deprived in Al-Quds

5. People who are eligible to receive zakat Al-Fitr

6. Owners of shops and restaurants and workers from Al-Quds who have families

7. Residents of damaged houses in the Old City, and that by restoring their houses to prevent their seizure

The project can be financed in any possible number and in any available type according to the donor's desire.
