Umur : 85 tahun

Perincian Kos seperti berikut :
Susu Semital 400g : RM72 x 15 = RM1080
Pampers Tena Slip (Saiz L) : RM22.90 x 30 = RM687
Ambulance : RM350 x 2 = RM700
Jumlah Keseluruhan : RM2467 x 2 bulan = RM4,934.00
******ENGLISH******
I am Nur Sarah Letchumanan, aged 40, a recent convert to Islam, and the devoted daughter of Mr. Letchumanan A/L Ponnusamy, an 85-year-old stroke survivor since 2022.
I am a single mother, shouldering the responsibilities of caring for my four children, along with the additional duty of looking after my ailing mother and father.
Patient: Letchumanan A/L Ponnusamy
Age: 85 years old
Address: PPR Seri Semarak Apartments, Setapak, 53300 Kuala Lumpur
In May 2022, my father experienced his first stroke at our home, prompting an immediate trip to the hospital. Thankfully, it was a mild stroke, and after receiving prompt medical attention, he regained the ability to manage his dietary needs and medication independently.
However, come January 2023, a second stroke struck, and this time, the doctors recommended a softer diet. This incapacitated him, rendering him unable to take care of himself and necessitating constant supervision.
By July 2023, a third stroke had afflicted him, causing internal bleeding. He was admitted to the emergency ward. While he has since been discharged, he now relies on tube feeding and requires constant care, which my mother and I provide.
I work as a security guard at Jalan Ampang, earning a modest basic salary of RM1,500. While I used to supplement my income with overtime, my father's condition has forced me to forego these additional hours, and I often need to take leave to accompany him to the hospital for treatment.
My mother, too, recently underwent kidney surgery and is currently in the recovery phase. Financially, I find myself in a precarious position, struggling to support my family and meet my father's mounting medical expenses.
The purpose of initiating this campaign on Ensany is to seek assistance in acquiring milk, diapers, and covering my father's medical treatment. Here's a detailed breakdown of the expenses:
Semital Milk 400g: RM72 x 15 = RM1,080
Tena Slip Diapers (Size L): RM22.90 x 30 = RM687
Ambulance Services: RM350 x 2 = RM700
Total Monthly Cost: RM2,467 x 2 months = RM4,934.00
Alhamdulillah, I am currently receiving a monthly aid of RM500 from MAIWP. However, it falls significantly short of covering my family's essential needs.
Therefore, I humbly implore the benevolent souls in Malaysia and beyond to extend their helping hand and include my father, Letchumanan A/L Ponnusamy, in their heartfelt prayers for a swift
recovery and a return to a life of normalcy.
I also operate a small business selling Murukku and Kuih Loyang to support my family. InshaAllah, for those interested in placing orders, you can reach out to me (Nur Sarah) at 011-2300 3627.
Your support are profoundly appreciated. Thank you from the depths of my heart.
