In our "Gaza Mothers Rise" program, we work daily with 100 mothers on a grueling journey to rebuild their shattered souls. But as Ramadan approaches, our efforts collide with a silent and crushing reality: A mother cannot find the strength to heal her trauma when she is paralyzed by the fear of her children’s hunger at the moment of Iftar. In Gaza today, psychological recovery and physical survival are inseparable twins. For the widows and families in our care, the arrival of the holy month often amplifies anxiety rather than bringing peace. Therefore, we are launching the "Sustaining the Spirit" campaign. This is not just a food distribution project; it is a vital "lifeline" ensuring that mothers fighting to recover their mental health do not have to fight for their children's next meal.

Our Approach: A Table of Dignity

This intervention is specifically designed for the same 100 families enrolled in our specialized programs. We go beyond merely providing food by creating a continuous cycle of empowerment:

• Prepared by Productive Hands: These Ramadan meals are prepared by the mothers in our (Al-Azm) production units. This provides them with a dignified income while ensuring that the families receive a meal with a warm, home-cooked touch.
• A Message of Solidarity: A nutritious meal is a powerful message to a mother that she is not alone. It serves as a tool to restore family routines and the sacred serenity of this holy month.

The Plan: Reliable, Nutritious, and Daily

Throughout the 30 days of Ramadan, we will provide a consistent, high-quality Iftar program:

• Daily Fresh Iftar: Every family receives a hot, freshly prepared meal delivered directly to the mother’s hands with full privacy.
• The Balanced "Sanad" Menu: We reject the idea that aid should be minimal. To support the health of exhausted mothers and children, our menu includes:
  • Proteins: Regular servings of fresh meat or poultry.
  • Grains & Vegetables: Various traditional home-cooked dishes.
  • Vitamins: Seasonal fruits to boost weakened immune systems.

Innovation & Transparency: "Diaries of Resilience"

Because we believe the donor is a partner in this impact, we will launch a private Telegram channel. Here, we will share daily updates—from the preparation of meals by the mothers to the moment they reach the families (while strictly maintaining privacy). This allows the donor to witness the moments of resilience and peace created by their generosity in real-time.
